The 12.5m flatbed stake & fence semi trailer, available in both 3-axle and 4-axle configurations, is a versatile general cargo transport trailer customized for customers in Myanmar. A batch of 60 units is currently under accelerated production, with the entire production task scheduled to be finished within 28 days.
The trailer measures 12,500×2,550×3,580mm in overall dimensions, constructed with high-strength steel straight main beams (10mm upper plate, 6mm web, 12mm lower plate), 14# waterproof profile side beams and 2.5mm anti-skid patterned floor plate. The carriage adopts a corrugated plate structure with removable stakes, featuring a 1000mm side wall with middle cross brace and a 700mm fence layer. It is fitted with 13 side doors, standard rope hooks and tensioners, 7 tarpaulin poles, and front & rear protective meshes, providing flexible loading solutions for bulk cargo, construction materials, agricultural products and general goods.
For the running gear, the 3-axle version is equipped with 3 sets of 13-ton axles, reinforced mechanical suspension, Double Coin 12R22.5 tires (13 pieces including 1 spare), 90# assembled kingpin and 28T FUWA linked landing gear. The 4-axle version adopts front axle air suspension with lifting function plus 3 rear reinforced mechanical axles, a dual-hole kingpin plate with interchangeable 50#/90# kingpin, and 17 pieces of Double Coin tires. Both versions are fitted with KORMEE 4S/2M ABS braking system, 24V LED lighting, steel toolbox and water tank, delivering stable and safe performance adapted to local road conditions in Myanmar.
The whole vehicle adopts a professional anti-corrosion painting process with blue frame and white carriage finish. Youcan Trailer has arranged priority production scheduling for this Myanmar order, strictly controlling manufacturing quality while compressing the lead time to 28 days, to deliver reliable and efficient transport equipment to customers as scheduled.
